Currently trying to use for work clock ins etc and the app wont even open on my phone, or tablet. The screen just goes white with the settings symbol in the bottom right corner, but when pressed also does nothing. Currently, almost the whole work team have to use a shared device at our workplace. Which in the current climate isn't ideal

Constant need to login and verify is damn annoying, if my banking apps(which are more secure) can use my fingerprint as a login, why cant this? Also doesnt remember my login settings even though it asks the question everyrime. Why are permissions for storage and camera required, thought tapp was bad, 3 years later and devs still dont get it and produce a worse product. Pretty poor tbh.

How can it go from working fine and as intended on Android and never working on IOS to the exact opposite after an update? Co-workers with IOS used to complain that they always had to relog in and it usually just wouldn't work, never had problem on Android and always saved password, one update later it never saves my login info and it has a 15% success rate at even loading into the app, while Apple users have no problem now. What a load of ####.
