Won't let me log in. Reading other reviews, it looks like this is a consistent issue. Instead of fixing they problem their solution is to have everyone that wants to log in call support. For how many months this has been an issue, certainly seems like a choice on the company's part. If they want to force verification through a phone call, they should just be upfront about it. I'm not going to call, I'm just going to not use the app. I'm not hopeful that they will ever attempt to fix this.
I can log in and haven't had issues with that but once I get in it always says my HSA balance is unavailable. It's pretty useless to me without that, but at least I can search for doctors in it.
Trying to log in but it won't recognize my info even though I used it successfully on the website just before trying. I'm sure it would be a helpful app if it worked...
For the amount we pay for insurance you would think you could create an app that worked properly.
It won't let me sign in. I reset my password twice.. this app needs hell of improvement before I snap.
Overall, a really good app. Easily accessed, easy to find information and a great health insurance provider.
