Very disappointing experience. I subscribed, but the app crashes every time I click on my profile, so I haven't been able to watch any content. Despite this, my subscription keeps renewing and I'm being charged for a service I can't use. Customer support is also unreachable. The phone numbers provided don't go through, and there seems to be no way to get help or cancel the subscription easily. It feels like you're paying for a service you can't access with no support available.

Always stopping when I open the app, since I downloaded over 5months now I can only say I have watched only 1 movie with constantly app stopped working errors. Am not happy about the app and my money is just wasting cos I can't say I have successfully watched even 1 movie without seeing the error message pop up
