The restaurant near me still doesn't have their system setup to redeem rewards points. I already lost my free sign up coupon of $5 off any purchase (promo expired) before I could be allowed to use it. I've checked back with them maybe more 2 times over the past month and a half and it's always a "sorry it's not working." Also, they should include the user terms/exclusions/max discount in the descriptions of the coupons. Edit: Just learned today you can use the promos via mobile order.

It's essentially impossible to order breakfast and the #1 combo is not even on the app. Tried to order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning and it said biscuits were not available. Tried sourdough, that wasn't available. Finally the chicken biscuit seemed like it was going to work and it couldn't verify my cart. I even tried switching restaurants. Seems to work fine with dinner menu

Had problems with this app ever since I downloaded it. It will not update. Some times it's hard for the employees at the store to scan your phone. Holds up the line, you can tell the employees hate it. It's not an efficient app at all it wastes everybody's time. Roy's you need to streamline this process or get rid of it. Sometimes less is more.
