The most recent update made it unreliable, cannot log in, I tried the rest password severally, it brings the opti9n to answer a security question asking about my birth date, Everytime of the 6 times I have answered the question, the response has been "Invalid Response" Kindly fix up and be reliable

don't use this HMO if you have the chance. they don't care about their customers, terrible services and they look for reasons to avoid payments for things under your cover. If you can, please avoid them. I used to boast about them before but it's a shame the level of decadence in their service. very appalling to say the least!

Fix your chat box: 1. I can't use auto correct anymore. It doesn't display other word options on my keyboard. 2. The space feels like a 1980 phone. It doesn't show all the texts at once. I'll have to swipe to probably view the first word I typed. It's a very slow process.
