The most recent update made it unreliable, cannot log in, I tried the rest password severally, it brings the opti9n to answer a security question asking about my birth date, Everytime of the 6 times I have answered the question, the response has been "Invalid Response" Kindly fix up and be reliable

Doctors are prompt to get on consultation with patients. However, it would be nice if the accessibility option of users who cannot hold smooth conversations in English be considered. Hence,there should be an option to select language of choice. Also, the delivery option didn't work for days even after confirming via the app that delivery option is available for my location. The pickup option was eventually resorted to. Please try work on that.

App suddenly stopped working on my phone. it keeps rolling even after I uninstall and reinstall. This is after I got a prescription from a doctor. What's going on? Seems reliance has closed down just as I've heard.
