Hello, Your App is great however I believe it can be better. Kindly add a payment history list. Every month, money is deducted from my account but there is no master list in a single space on the app to track how many months I have paid and when I started my subscription. There is no guide on what to do when I get to the health centre I have selected amongst other things. I understand that simplicity is a goal with the app but functionality and a great user experience also matters.

Hi Deborah, thank you for taking out the time to send us your suggestions. To access your billing history, go to Settings, select 'Manage Accounts' under Account Settings. Click on the sidebar icon to access 'Billing'. We've also forwarded your feedback to our development team. They will look into it to help us further improve. Do have a great day!

Gestapo style forced non security related updates! No measurable value difference in the update: imagine needing URGENT information or MEDICAL help with no space in your phone to update! You are thus locked out! As if it's a social media app! No real functionality or utility, other than to buy & get policy number & see jumbled up (and non- queryable) ,often outdated, partial list of service providers. Well, at least, we have an app!
