Very frustrating experience with Remitbee. My refunds have been delayed multiple times, not just once. I was contacted by different employees who all gave different timelines — one said later tonight, another said 2 business days, another 24–48 hours, and another said today or early tomorrow. Despite these updates, the funds were still not received after 24+ hours. There is no consistency, transparency, or accountability. I would not recommend this app if you need reliable or timely refunds.

They ONLY ALLOW for TWO Free income tax returns and then you have to pay for any income tax return after that. What a JOKE!!!! For some reason I couldn't get the Tax return to send for "free" and it STILL wouldn't let me file my income tax return and when I spoke to someone in their chat, that is where they told me that I would have to manually send my tax return in via the CRA. I GIVE UP!!!!!!!

fake reviews customer support is just for name you have to wait for hours someone to pick your call never use these kind of apps useless if your money is stuck it will be hard to get it out.
