Very frustrating experience with Remitbee. My refunds have been delayed multiple times, not just once. I was contacted by different employees who all gave different timelines — one said later tonight, another said 2 business days, another 24–48 hours, and another said today or early tomorrow. Despite these updates, the funds were still not received after 24+ hours. There is no consistency, transparency, or accountability. I would not recommend this app if you need reliable or timely refunds.

Using Remibee from few years now. Services are constantly hit and miss. If money transfer have issues they take way too many days to figure out. I have to constantly call them for updates, they don't take initiative to update and they expect me to figure out by providing them statements of transfers. Way too inconvenient for money transfer. *(reply) unfortunately I am constantly calling your call center and trying to figure out a way with them. Your public concern that you care is useless.
