About this app

Repit is a gym workout log and run tracker in one app. Log your sets in two taps, track your runs with GPS, and bring your history over from Hevy or Strong in a couple of minutes.

Other gym apps gamify your training to keep you in the app longer. Repit is built to get you out of it faster. Open it, log the work, close it.

No streaks. No confetti. No feed. Nothing to scroll.

📥 SWITCHING FROM HEVY OR STRONG? KEEP EVERY SET
Export your workouts from Hevy or Strong as a CSV file, open "Bring your history" in Repit, and your sessions, exercises and weights come across. You can undo the import in one tap.

⚡ LOG A SET IN 2 TAPS
Most workout apps make you fight the interface mid-set. Repit takes weight, reps, done, then gets out of your way. Everything works offline, so a dead zone in the squat rack never costs you a set.

🏋️ LIFTING AND RUNNING IN ONE WORKOUT LOG
• Custom workout builder: any routine, any split
• Full exercise library plus your own movements
• GPS run tracking with live pace and distance
• Strength and cardio in one training history

📸 LOG FOOD WITH YOUR CAMERA
Point the phone at your plate and Repit reads the meal and the macros. Scan a barcode. Photograph a nutrition label and it pulls the numbers off it.

🗓 PROGRAMS, WRITTEN SESSION BY SESSION
Follow a multi-week strength program where every session is already planned (barbell, dumbbell or bodyweight), or build your own from scratch.

⏱ A REST TIMER THAT SURVIVES YOUR POCKET
Start it, lock the phone, put it away. It keeps counting and still alerts you.

📈 PROGRESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY TRUST
Strength is measured by the heaviest set you finished, not by tonnage. Bodyweight is a seven-day line, not this morning's number. Nothing is estimated. Where the data was never captured, the screen tells you so instead of inventing a figure.

🤖 SPOT, AND WHAT IT WON'T DO
Spot reads your real training and offers one adjustment at a time: a heavier top set, a session moved, a movement rotated. You accept it or you turn it down, and it remembers being turned down. When your data doesn't support a suggestion, Spot says nothing.

🔒 YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Local-first. Works fully offline, syncs in the background, and is never sold.

HOW ACCESS WORKS
Every account starts with three months of complete access, not a cut-down tier. Camera food logging and Spot are included from day one. After that, Repit Plus continues by monthly subscription, cancellable anytime in Play Store settings.

WHO REPIT IS FOR
• Lifters running a real program: PPL, upper/lower, 5/3/1
• Hybrid athletes and Hyrox prep: strength and running in one log
• Runners who also lift and want one app, not two
• Anyone leaving another workout tracker who wants to keep their history

Download Repit and log today's session in under a minute.
