not all restaurants listed on this app uses Revi. I placed an order. When I got to the restaurant, they didn't have my order. They said they don't use Revi and dont know where that order went and suggested i cancel the order but there is no way to cancel it on the app. The number listed for the restaurant was also wrong. No customer service number to call for help. Not using this app anymore. Deleted. 10/29/25 response to your reply. I did email support and got no response.

The app doesn't work. I received a text to download the new app for Android but when I type in the verification code it keeps saying unauthorized user. I tried to reach out to support with no response.

App continues to have a bug and a user can not open the app to use it.

Thanks for sharing this with us. We’ve resolved the opening issue in our latest update and the app should now run without that bug. We appreciate your patience and hope you’ll give Revi another try!
