Horrible ! this is a scan. they'll either cancel the order you put in or now they'll actually pick your food up and it'll say on the way till it eventually says delivered successfully but it never arrives then for proof of delivery it's just blacked out. TOO MANY PROBLEMS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

THIS APP IS TRASH ! TRUST ME. EVERY TIME YOU ORDER YOUR TAKING ABOUT A 75 PERCENT CHANCE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS. NOT JUST ME BUT I H0AVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH THE SAME ISSUE. THE RESTAURANT SUPPOSEDLY SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER THEN YOULL HAVR TO WAIT UP TO A WEEK FOR A STINKIN REFUND. YOUVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

not all restaurants listed on this app uses Revi. I placed an order. When I got to the restaurant, they didn't have my order. They said they don't use Revi and dont know where that order went and suggested i cancel the order but there is no way to cancel it on the app. The number listed for the restaurant was also wrong. No customer service number to call for help. Not using this app anymore. Deleted. 10/29/25 response to your reply. I did email support and got no response.
