RFH Wellness+ offers a user-friendly interface that allows seamless logging of blood sugar levels, meal information, medication intake, and physical activity. It provides personalised insights and trends, enabling users to make informed decisions about their health and lifestyle choices. The platform also facilitates seamless communication between patients and their doctors. Healthcare providers can access patient data, monitor trends over time, and provide timely interventions and guidance.
