Claimed 30$ worth of rewards, didn't get them and soon found out I had -7000 points. Contacted support and I won be able to get them back in a month, while I did nothing wrong

Don't download this app!!! I've already uninstalled it myself, they let you take surveys and get points, then when you come back to take more survey you find out they took your points away, I had 455 points this morning and then did 2 surveys, one survey was 1502 points while the other was 150 points, which made my point balance over 2100, then when I came back this evening my points were a negative 1900. THIS APP LIKE MOST OTHER SURVEY APPS IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF! DON'T DOWNLOAD IT!!!!!!

I've been using this app for a week and sadly after 2 pay out, I haven't been receiving survey, and when I do get a survey, suddenly when I'm answering the survey, it crashes and boom I haven't get any points. I hope you fix this soon.
