This review is meant for the Friederich Go app but it is not available anymore. I bought the Chill Premier thinking I would have app functions. Come to find that for the Chill series you need the Go app. The Go app is not available on Android. I bought a product for a function I can't use, will be reaching out to customer service for a refund. Additional Note: Having separate apps for separate product lines is a terrible system. You could easily have one app that encompasses all products.

They updated the app & I got a Pixel 10 Pro XL. Now the app has improved: sometimes it works immediately, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 minutes and sometimes not at all. Oh, and the scheduler never works. It still drives me crazy.

9/14/25 Update: super unreliable. Sometimes can (slowly) control Kuhl ACs and sometimes nothing happens. Doesn't matter if wifi or 5g. Scheduler still 100% non-functional. Temperature graph page from old app also gone. 3 to 2*s
