TURN OFF!!! ur 5 GHz and 6 GHz WiFi before linking ur wallmaster. Once connected and u made sure u can control ur AC u can then turn everything back on and all works fine. No matter what you do, if you don't turn those radios off first, this will never work. Trust me, that's what happened to me. Only thing is can't figure out how to connect Google. It's asking for apps that this ac isn't connected to. Looking for advice on the next step.

Absolutely terrible. Got a new phone and the app won't work at all. Just like most of the other people complaining, we got the AC for the wifi. would have saved myself some money if I knew there isn't any! Takes twice as long to cool the room down since I can't start it before I get home. should have kept my old AC if I knew this would be this terrible.

Ridiculous that the new app is not available on android!!! wifi was one of my reasons for choosing these units!!! I know I'm not the only one with this complaint! Do better! We've already had a few hot days! Bad timing on changing the app and not even available on android and sounds like garbage anyway, for apple! These units are way too expensive for this to be acceptable!
