Very pricey. Even after first "free ride," I paid more than Uber/Lyft. I don't like "per minute/mile" charge, because once my driver made a wrong turn, I had to now pay for it. If there's a draw bridge delay for 5 minutes, I have to pay for it. If there's traffic, I'm now paying A LOT(even over my estimated price.) Cars are clean, with free water, WiFi and chargers. This is definitely for up scale market and not for those who are looking to save. I'd rather know what I'm paying up front.

Bait and switch. It asks if you are ready to join or just looking around. I wanted to look around to get idea of rates. No dice. It wants a credit card up front. No thank you. That's the trick to fast cash with companies like this. They tell you you won't be charged during a trial period and then they hope you forget to cancel and charge you. Either give a 14 day trial or don't.

I saw someone using this service as I was walking near downtown Houston. When I woke up and caught the bus for work the next day, I saw an ad on Instagram about it so i decided to download the app. Sometimes companies think that if you put credit card information early, it causes for an easy and smooth ride booking. But that's simply not the case. I would like to see the rates and figure out how to navigate through the app before I start putting my card information.
