It's easy to book, and add payment. But now that there are 2 service areas ( Rockland and Bridgewater), the app needs a update to indicate what is actually served. GATRA Go and SRTA Micro connector have multiple service areas, and they have outlines to indicate the area.

Why BAT can not consolidate apps and payment options is beyond me. There is an app to pay for tickets, an app to track buses and now this app which is a necessity to take the Rockland bus which (Surprise!) is no longer a scheduled route and only accessible by way of this new app. Regular BAT buses accept MBTA's Charlie Card but not the Rockland Flex. Just consolidate and make payment options universal throughout the BAT system for crying out loud.
