They include an estimate of tolls and applicable government-mandated taxes/surcharges based on the estimated route. Any tip amount is applied at the end of the ride and is not included in the Upfront Pricing fare. The fare may be adjusted at the end of the trip for actual taxes/surcharges, tolls and tip incurred. Ratings and reviews

Got off to a rough start. My first attempt to use app ended with me cancelling the request after being notified that no drivers were available. I gave it another shot later in the day with success. The cost savings is worth giving the app a fair shot. They got me to my destination for $14 as opposed to Lyft which quoted $33.50 for the same trip.

Estimated fare for a ride placed two days in advance was ~$15 under what it actually turned out too be. App would not allow me to tip $0 or 0% digitally (because I brought cash for the driver) and forced me to pay more than I wanted to. End price literally doubled the estimated fare. The GPS location in the pin dropping portion of the service is off. When I was placing the pin on my building, it was changing the address to across the street. App only allows 30 characters to give directions

I'm in a cab. I'd like to pair and pay. The app spits out an error message on the login attempt, the password reset request and even the new account creation attempt. UPDATE: The company responded here to my comment, asking that I contact them via email. I had done so the first time I had this experience, in 2023, and wrote again after getting that recent reply here. On both occasions I got no email response. (Yes I checked my spam folder.) It’s too bad they don't have phone support.
