The app is very good and their prices are relatively cheaper as compared to all other taxi services . However sometimes drivers not available. But i always try to book as it's cheaper.

Not reliable . no point of booking in advanced ! ordered a ride for my mother on her account a day in advanced to get her home from work quickly . no driver was even dispatched by the latest time they were suppose to show up . she stood outside freezing and i had to order an uber . I loved ridco at one point but it has went down hill

Not receiving verification text message so can't actually log in. I've pressed resend a few times but it never comes.
