In all fairness, I just recentyly downloaded the app. in attempting to work and understand features, ' stressed me out. as a person with the use of one hand only obviously does not help. On a positive note, throughout the years of using metro lift, all the drivers have been great . Guess I will continue to call in for my appointments.

Metro is a wonderful service. It allows participants to move around the city with ease. The customer service representatives are professional, patient and helpful. The dispatchers are knowledgeable and overworked, 😂. The drivers are from all different backgrounds. They know their routes better than the gps.

it works. if I were designing an app for this purpose. I would designed it with the original 10 minutes notification window. a 15 minute window for arrival instead of 30 like the old one. this one notify you when you are next to be picked up, but the notification call has been as quick as 5 minutes and it's for in advance as 55 minutes.
