Took me 1.5 hours to fix it. Not sure it will work when I need it to. Will update when used next. Previous: Was excellent. Since app updated October 2025 unable to log in. Says wrong credentials. No problem on laptop browser. I've changed password, still can't log in. Phone app is now useless. Please fix.

This app is fantastic. You can see where the driver is in relation to where you are. But beyond that, the drivers and dispatch staff are the greatest! They're always polite, friendly and wanting to be of service. Thanks Cityline and West Hollywood for your service to us seniors!
