Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service that offers transportation for individuals with disabilities in parts of Pima County, including Central Tucson. This service is also available to the general public traveling within Marana/Avra Valley, Green Valley/Sahuarita, and Ajo.

The Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride mobile app allows riders to manage their transportation from the convenience of their smart phone. Riders can use the app to:

- Review and manage their rides• View upcoming and completed rides
- Conveniently view ride details and cancel rides
- Provides rider notifications with accurate vehicle ETAs
- Track your ride on a visual map to see exact location
- Access your account profile, settings, and reservations
• Customize your preferences and save favorite destinations

Ratings and reviews

I like being able to track my rides & find it generally easy to use. It would be easier if it had a way to better store address I frequently go to. I wish the company had instructions or a webinar explaining how to use software. When I was younger I would have figured it out easier but now my focus etc isn't what it used to be. I think they don't always think about their customer base. Thankfully the call center walked me through obvious things like changing to ARRIVE BY : O )

It took me awhile to figure how to use the app, but I think I finally figured it out. All the drivers I've had have been great drivers and very friendly!! I love Dial a Ride.

I've been using this rideshare program for over 10 years. it is going through many changes in that time, but I finally feel that they're getting it close to perfect. they are on time for pickups at least 90% of the time. when they are over scheduled instead of dictating what time you must be picked up even if it's not convenient for you, they now schedule an Uber or Lyft. I'd like to see more people answering the phones specifically at rush hour and Sunday evenings when everybody schedules.
