Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service that offers transportation for individuals with disabilities in parts of Pima County, including Central Tucson. This service is also available to the general public traveling within Marana/Avra Valley, Green Valley/Sahuarita, and Ajo.

The Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride mobile app allows riders to manage their transportation from the convenience of their smart phone. Riders can use the app to:

- Review and manage their rides• View upcoming and completed rides
- Conveniently view ride details and cancel rides
- Provides rider notifications with accurate vehicle ETAs
- Track your ride on a visual map to see exact location
- Access your account profile, settings, and reservations
• Customize your preferences and save favorite destinations

Ratings and reviews

I've been using this rideshare program for over 10 years. it is going through many changes in that time, but I finally feel that they're getting it close to perfect. they are on time for pickups at least 90% of the time. when they are over scheduled instead of dictating what time you must be picked up even if it's not convenient for you, they now schedule an Uber or Lyft. I'd like to see more people answering the phones specifically at rush hour and Sunday evenings when everybody schedules.

Easy to use, guidance of app is extremely helpful. Something to improve on; when a customer is having an immediate problem it would be nice to be able to text and speak with a representative right away. Other than that app is great.

This new app is a huge improvement. The Dial a Ride program is a lifesaver and I just wish that the hours were extended and available on weekends. The drivers are outstanding and very professional and helpful with assisting me with my wheelchair.
