Ratings and reviews

Did not like my experience with this Roamless purchase. First, i ended up buying way more data than i needed due to a confusing sign up/purchase process. Second, when i realized i needed SMS to text i signed up for a European number, but then i could never get it to function despite following all the instructions diving into the settings in the bowels of my phone. Too much time and money wasted. Purchased Orange Travel instead & it was easy and totally worth it. Requested a refund & was denied.

The app works sometimes. For calling it doesn't recognize my phone's internal microphone, but after some trial and error I got it working with an external microphone. Quite the hassle. Then sometimes it just reports "no call service" with no further explanation, refusing to make any calls. When I tried to report the issue in the app, there was only a chat bot with unhelpful tips, instead of a link to a bug tracker or support forum. Update: Calling seems completely broken now.

I downloaded the app and I immediately have problems with data. I purchased a 30 day option and I didn't even get to use it before I wanted a refund. Unfortunately for me they don't offer refunds even if you haven't used any of the 30 day. Very dissatisfied, don't use this app unless you want severe disappointment.
