About this app

Najeto is a car maintenance log and mileage log for your vehicle. It tracks fuel, consumption, costs and deadlines — completely offline, with no account and no cloud.

Your data stays on your phone. The app needs no sign-up and no internet connection, and your mileage, prices and documents are never sent anywhere.

DEADLINES
• MOT, insurance and road tax with reminders two months, one month, a week and a day ahead
• Service intervals by distance and by time — oil, timing belt, brake fluid, seasonal tyre change
• Deadlines follow the vehicle type: a lorry is tested yearly, a trailer has no fuel figures, a tractor runs on engine hours

FUEL, CHARGING AND CONSUMPTION
• A fill-up is three fields, done in twenty seconds at the pump
• Full-to-full consumption
• Electric vehicle in kWh, plug-in hybrid in litres and kWh
• Charging is counted from the kWh delivered, so a partial charge still gives correct consumption, losses included

MILEAGE LOG
• Business and private journeys, saved routes in a single tap
• Journeys are checked against the odometer — the app flags gaps and overlaps
• Export the mileage log to PDF, CSV and XLSX for tax returns and mileage claims

COSTS
• Cost per mile or kilometre over the last twelve months and the full history
• Consumption and spending trends, winter compared with summer
• Spending split between fuel, electricity and servicing

VEHICLE DOCUMENTS
• Registration document, insurance certificate and garage invoices as photos
• The built-in document scanner straightens text and crops edges
