A decent idea but not well implemented. Way too much luck. (Getting lucky with the tiles that pop up is more important than any tactics). No confirmation of movement or undo in a turn based game is RIDICULOUS -- it's just the devs being clueless. You end up having to restart a lot of missions due to accidental moves. The fact that you have to go back to the main screen to change your skills is annoying -- you should be able to change them before a mission starts.

This game has a lot going for it. With a great idea for a tactics combat system. (That's a bit too reliant on luck.) There's bits of location lore, and plently of character dialogue. (In service of a rather uninteresting storyline.) There's tons of comic-like cutscenes/art (that didn't appeal to me personally.) But even with its flaws, I think its unique and worth trying. Even if its just for the core gameplay loop. (Tip: The confirm movement option is a must.)

I really like the idea of the game my biggest flaw with it is the combat system. Having your attack power tied directly to the amount of squares you move isn't my cup of tea. What makes that worse is when an enemy attacks you your attack power goes down by the amount of damage the enemy does. You end up in a loop of trying to chip away at the enemy and it leads to much frustration
