Rocco offers qualifying subscribers $20 - $100 to help pay expenses (such as groceries, gas, and bills) and avoid overdraft fees when you’re in a pinch. You must first link a bank account with at least 3 recurring direct deposits and pass an identity verification check. The amount of money you can take (i.e., your eligibility) refreshes daily. Rocco uses several data points—including, but not limited to, your income amount and spending patterns—to determine your eligibility. Rocco does not run a hard credit check. When you take cash, you’ll agree to a repayment date to pay your outstanding balance.

For example, if you cash out $100 for an optional $7.99 expedited delivery fee and add an optional $5 tip, your repayment will be $112.99. Generally, your repayment date will be your next predicted direct deposit date but may be repaid manually in-app at any time.

Rocco has no legal right to repayment. There is no mandatory minimum or maximum repayment term and Rocco does not charge late repayment fees.

Buggy app. Every time I try to request an advance, it tells me to subscribe. I've already subscribed and I can't do anything else. Don't bother with customer support. Like everything else out of Florida, it's all automated and no one will ever respond to your support requests. In trying to delete my account to keep from it being charged for a service I will not be using, the app keeps force closing or saying I don't have a subscription.

This app is playing games. My account doesn't exist, and my username and password are invalid, etc. This app doesn't load at all, and when it does load, it freezes. When you finally get through, it says come back tomorrow for a cash advance. This app is a rip-off. Don't use it. I just subscribe only for them to say come back tomorrow. It's 8.99, and this app glitches a lot and, for sure, steals your info. It won't let me edit my bank info, and there's two formats or what have you overlapping.

worthless app with no support and no way to correct things. when it finally created my account (after never fully opening for days) it only picked up my savings account. So it registered no regular income since my deposit goes to checking. I go to change it and it won't change. It doesnt give me any options to change it. I go to send an email and to chat and the app crashes or just doesn't do anything. Just garbage and a waste of space.
