it's a fraud. they charged me, however, I haven't received any access to the information I've paid for. Also it seems there's no way to contact developers. Please be careful and consider this before purchasing anything from this app.

Hello, I’m trying to make a purchase in the IELTS Assistant app, but the payment page doesn’t load. Could you please help me fix this issue?

I subscribed to the premium version for one year, but I still cannot access all the questions and answers. I expected full access after paying for the premium plan. I hope the developers can fix this issue soon because the app is very useful for IELTS Speaking practice.
