I had signed up for the free trial last June. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service and go on the app to cancel my subscriptions. I was ignored every time. So I ended up locking my card. Anytime I unlocked it right away they would charge my card. I finally canceled my card and had to get a new one and was finally able to unsubscribe after getting a notification they were unable to charge my card. Very disappointed that your company tricks customers just to get your money.

This app repeatedly tried to withdraw $8.51 for a subscription I didn't want. I couldn't locate a place to cancel and low and behold I was caught in a small windows with my card unlocked. what unprofessional practice. sneaky....if they have to resort to that, they must really need the $8.51. I'd like a refund, once again tough to find that avenue.

Hit and Miss! I scanned crystals, diamonds and other gems. I even did each one twice in good lighting just to confirm the results. This app only got 2 correct, even then it only gave a number of possibilities. I've used another app that not only analyzed correctly, it gave value estimates that were pretty much on par. I won't waste my money subscribing to this app because there were too many inaccuracies!
