The RØDE Reporter App is the intuitive recording companion you need to easily record and publish broadcast quality audio. It is compatible with all RØDE microphones that have a USB-C interface, including the NT-USB Mini, the VideoMic Me-C and the VideoMic NTG.

Review your recordings in the app, and then easily export or share them natively. Record in either MP3 or WAV recording modes, for maximum flexibility.

Ratings and reviews

The app works with my phone's internal mic, but absolutely refuses to record audio when I plug my Rode Videomic ME-C+. The microphone works fine with other apps, so the problem lies with the Recorder app. Rode support was unable to solve the issue. Very poor how a top flight audio company like Rode can produce such an awful basic app and not offer a reliable more feature rich experience for their customers. Rode should check out what their competitors like Shure are providing their customers

I regret to report this but I've tried this app a few times with my wireless me setup and the audio is super clippy. this seems like an easy fix so I gave it a couple months and redownloaded this app. Nothing is different. I've adjusted the audio level, the format, everything I could think of and no fix. This doesn't happen with other alternative apps but I would very much like to not use alternative apps. Please fix this 🙏

This app records audio with fantastic quality! Unfortunately, you can't get the files off your phone afterwards. The files are hidden so you can't transfer them to your PC, and sharing methods like Google drive just do nothing when you try them. Just use the Dolby recorder app instead, at least you can use the files afterwards.
