The RØDE Reporter App is the intuitive recording companion you need to easily record and publish broadcast quality audio. It is compatible with all RØDE microphones that have a USB-C interface, including the NT-USB Mini, the VideoMic Me-C and the VideoMic NTG.

Review your recordings in the app, and then easily export or share them natively. Record in either MP3 or WAV recording modes, for maximum flexibility.

needs work The playback from the library stops playing when the app loses focus or the phone screen turns off. It's pretty much impossible to use to review what you just recorded. It needs the ability to continue playback when the app loses focus. And also doesn't work when the playback sources change like headphones are added or turned on. You have to navigate away from the library and then come back to it to get it to play again.

This app records audio with fantastic quality! Unfortunately, you can't get the files off your phone afterwards. The files are hidden so you can't transfer them to your PC, and sharing methods like Google drive just do nothing when you try them. Just use the Dolby recorder app instead, at least you can use the files afterwards.

Rode Reporter constantly crashes on Android 13 with November 2022 update and is unusable. It also crashes at launch on Android 12. Please fix! After the developer said it should work after an update, I reinstalled but the update froze, and then the second time it said "Update failed" There was an error updating the firmware. The app no longer crashes, but none of the settings can be adjusted, the buttons and sliders do not work. It says I'm on firmware 1.1.8 and up to date. Please FIX!
