SnapReceipt is a fast receipt scanner for people with a stack of receipts and very little patience.
Most receipt scanner apps make you wait on every single receipt. SnapReceipt does not. You scan receipts one after another and the reading catches up on its own.
SCAN RECEIPTS BACK TO BACK
Press the shutter and the camera is ready again immediately. Scanning a receipt never blocks on a server, so a stack of thirty receipts takes as long as pressing a button thirty times.
THE READING HAPPENS IN THE BACKGROUND
Merchant, date, total and tax are read from each receipt in the background and written onto the entry when they are ready. You can keep scanning receipts, browse the list, or close the app; the entries fill themselves in either way.
SCAN RECEIPTS WITH NO CONNECTION
Every receipt photo is stored on the device the moment you take it. With no connection the read queues up and completes later, so scanning receipts works in a car park, a basement restaurant, or a plane.
REVIEW AFTER THE PILE IS GONE
Receipts still waiting on a read are marked in the list, so you always know which entries are finished. Correct anything the scan misread, or enter a receipt manually if the paper is beyond saving.
EXPORT WHAT YOU SCANNED
Export receipts as CSV for a spreadsheet or bookkeeping tool, or as a PDF pack with the receipt images embedded. Hand it to an accountant or keep it for your own records.

SnapReceipt is one of eleven Billfold apps on a single sign-in. If you later want tax categories, receipt folders, invoicing or mileage, the receipts you scanned here and your account come with you.
LANGUAGES AND ACCESSIBILITY
English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Arabic, Arabic with a real right-to-left layout. TalkBack covers the whole flow, touch targets are large, and the screens hold up at the biggest system font size.
WHERE RECEIPT IMAGES GO
Receipt images are sent to OpenRouter for one purpose: reading the text on them. They are not used to train models. Manual entry is available if you would rather no image leaves your phone. Account deletion is in the app and removes everything.
Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
