ForeClaim is an expense claim app for small teams. One shared workspace, expense claims submitted with the receipt attached, and an approver who can approve a claim or send it back.

If your team handles reimbursements without a finance department, this is the missing step between a photo of a receipt on somebody's phone and the money landing back in their account.

A SHARED WORKSPACE FOR TEAM EXPENSES
Invite the people who spend. Each person sees their own expense claims; the approver sees every claim waiting on a decision. No spreadsheet emailed around the team, and no chasing anybody for receipt photos in a group chat.

EVERY EXPENSE CLAIM CARRIES ITS RECEIPT
Photograph the receipt when you pay for something. The merchant, date, total and tax are read off the receipt and filled in for you, and every field can be corrected. The receipt photo stays attached to the expense claim, so approval happens with the evidence on screen.

APPROVE OR RETURN
Your approver clears the queue one claim at a time. Approve it, or return it with a reason so the claimant can fix the amount, retake the receipt photo or add the note that was missing. The history stays on the claim, so nobody is reconstructing it from memory later.

AN OFFLINE EXPENSE APP
Expense claims are saved on the device the moment they are created and sync when the connection comes back. People pay for things in restaurant basements and underground car parks, which is exactly where an expense app has to keep working.

EXPORT FOR REIMBURSEMENT
Export approved claims as CSV for a bookkeeper or an accounting tool, or as a PDF claim pack with the receipt images embedded. A reimbursement run leaves with its paperwork behind it, and nothing about your team expenses is locked into this app.

MANUAL ENTRY, ALWAYS
Not every expense produces a receipt. Type a claim in by hand whenever the paper does not exist, and it moves through the same approval flow as any scanned receipt.

YOUR TEAM'S BILLFOLD ACCOUNT
ForeClaim is part of Billfold. One sign-in covers every Billfold app, so if the same people later need trip reports, mileage or invoicing, their account and their expense history come with them.

ACCESSIBLE AND MULTILINGUAL
TalkBack support, large touch targets, and layouts that survive the biggest system font size. English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.

YOUR DATA
Receipt images are sent to OpenRouter for a single purpose: reading the text on them. They are not used to train models. Manual entry is available if you would rather no image left the phone. Account deletion is in the app and removes everything.

Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
