FleetLog is a mileage tracker and fuel log for gig drivers. Rideshare, delivery, courier. Start a shift, log the fuel and the mileage, and find out what the shift paid once the costs are out.
TRACK A SHIFT, NOT A MONTH
Tap start when you pull away and stop when you park up. Every fuel stop and every mileage entry in between is filed under that shift. A driver log that matches how the work actually happens, one shift at a time.
A FUEL LOG THAT TAKES TWO TAPS
Log a fuel stop at the pump and photograph the receipt while you are standing there. The merchant, date and total are read off it and filled in, and you can correct anything. Manual entry is always there when you would rather just type the number.
MILEAGE TRACKER FOR DRIVERS
Record the odometer at the start and end of a shift and the mileage is worked out for you. Mileage is the deduction most gig drivers lose by not writing it down, and this is a mileage tracker built to be used one handed in a parked car.
EARNINGS AFTER COSTS
Enter what you were paid for the shift. FleetLog sets it against the fuel and the other costs from the same shift so you can see what you actually kept, rather than the gross figure the platform showed you.
WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Nothing here waits for a connection. Shifts, fuel and mileage are written to the phone first and sync when the signal returns. Underground car parks and motorway service stations are normal working conditions for a gig driver, so the app treats them as normal.
EXPORT FOR TAX
Export the year as CSV for a spreadsheet or an accountant, or as a PDF with the receipt images attached. Mileage totals, fuel spend and shift earnings come out together, ready for a tax return.

FleetLog is part of Billfold. One account covers every Billfold app, so if you later want trip reports, team claims or invoicing, your driver log comes with you.
ACCESSIBLE AND MULTILINGUAL
TalkBack support, large touch targets, and layouts that hold at the biggest system font size. English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.
YOUR DATA
Receipt images go to OpenRouter for one purpose: reading the text on them. They are not used to train models. Enter fuel and mileage by hand if you would rather no image left your phone. Account deletion is in the app and removes everything.
Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
