Great shopping experience I've placed many orders through rose gal. I have yet to be disappointed. Courteous and prompt responses through costumer service. Refunds are fast, no questions Asked. Some prices are a tad high and you have to keep an eye on the sizing. Most run smaller. But if you ever have an issue (item not received, damaged, etc.), as long as you communicate with costumer service, your issue will be resolved. Communication is the key.
Never again I ordered 2 items. After reading reviews I contacted customer service via live chat to increasesize. Finally received 1 a month later and although it's the increased size is incredibly small, fits my 15 yrs. old better. No return label. 2nd item is back logged and customer service phone and chat options no longer work. Shipping back worth more than item. Hoping for better results with 2nd item I was offered in store credit for. Bunk Christmas present to myself. Ugh!
NEVER AGAIN...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT order from here. I ordered 2 shirts from this site on Dec. 19th. Was assured that with expedited shipping, they would be here in 3 to 7 business days. They are still NOT HERE. I checked the tracking number, after getting the run around from RoseGal for four days, and now it seems that there is no information on the package after yesterday morning. I called the supposed customer support number for RoseGal and it is a ripoff. The number DOES NOT work at all!!!
I didn't have a bad experience with them. I knew the items were coming from China and expected 3 weeks for delivery. They came in about 2.5 weeks. Only issue was that shipping couldn't be tracked until after 14 days. PayPal charges you after 14 days regardless if the item is shipped. However, the tracking appeared on the 15th day, items arrived shortly thereafter. The clothes aren't brand names, but the quality is good. The style is excellent. FYI... I paid the $15 for insured shipping with each shipment.
Don't order from here. Do not order from this site! I ordered two mermaid tail blankets for my nieces Christmas present and it still has not come in! The order was placed on 12/11/16 and the money was immediately deducted from my acct. I've tried contacting support with no response. I can't get a live person on the phone! I tried tracking it on the UPS website and all it tells me is my order has been processed and waiting to ship. The order was processed on 12/16! Will make sure everyone is aware to never order from this site!
Two things for those posting "avoid": Know what you are getting into, and assume all clothing sizing is "Asian." Unless you are petite and very slender go up 2 if not 3 sizes when ordering clothing. If you're curvy or well endowed go up 4. I say this with all love and respect to larger people like myself. And you are paying very low prices, so set your expectations accordingly. You could be pleasantly surprised.
