What began as good service turned into nightmare.we pay $156 mthly for service never told I qualified for a vtx router in my plan. so when my service started slowing down I called in & was informed that I qualified & that they would be sending that same day with delivery the following day. I offered to go pick up down the road, that wasn't an option.Next day came & nothing, called in & was given a tracking # w/delivery the following day,2 days in waiting called now 4-6 days no wifi over weekend.
