Total fail, total junk. I spent hours on this... setup and it is not connecting to my camera even with Wi-Fi on, phone connected to the Wi-Fi, even after relocating it to my desktop... still can't find my camera. troubleshooting instructions suck. Not even reflection of what's going on. reformats your disc, sets your camera up as default. I've had to reset my time and date and options four times already. total failure, I give this whole system a big fat "F"also SD card not read by PC

After using my ROVE R2-4K PRO dash cam since April last year, the most recent update to either the application or the dash camera has caused an issue. Now, while using the Rove phone app, when I tap on the PLAY arrow to view a recorded video, it downloads the video instead. When I tap on the DOWNLOAD arrow, it plays the video instead. Nuisance.

During local storage on Dashcam device as well as phone app, please allow videos to be listed based on sorting time. I often need to play the videos from my outdoor trips and currently it plays in decending order only ( newer then older within a specific day). I would like to watch older first then newer to make the watching experience as journey unfolds. Also, allow user to select and download more than one video. currently app allows download of only one video at a time. Thanks
