I do like the camera, very good quality both front and back. my biggest gripe though is being required to log into an app that seems kind of redundant. They offer a feature within the hardware to associate with your mobile device via wireless, 2.4 or 5 GHz frequency. So, why do I need the app? If the sole purpose is to synchronize camera media to a library, I would very much prefer that it'd be my photo album that of my mobile device. Why can't I just sync directly to my photo album?

The camera is very good but the app is very unreliable. My husband and I both have cameras and we both regularly encounter issues logging into the app. Sometimes it works most times it gives me errors (user creation failed) (wrong password - but same password will work when trying again). I highly recommend downloading the user manual to your phone or cloud because you may not be able to log in when you need it.

Total fail, total junk. I spent hours on this... setup and it is not connecting to my camera even with Wi-Fi on, phone connected to the Wi-Fi, even after relocating it to my desktop... still can't find my camera. troubleshooting instructions suck. Not even reflection of what's going on. reformats your disc, sets your camera up as default. I've had to reset my time and date and options four times already. total failure, I give this whole system a big fat "F"also SD card not read by PC
