I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

whatever you all did to update on November 5th has now resulted in not being able to start rover cards. I did all the recommended action steps, talked to customer service, uninstalled and reinstalled, had my clients give wifi passwords which is ridiculous to have to do. please fix this. it takes away from the animals when we are trying to run our business as pet sitters. it's not customer service's fault but not fixing this and then saying, "we always appreciate feedback" is not acceptable.

I love being a sitter for Rover and have some feedback: - Many of my clients have issues navigating the UI of the app. A tutorial might be helpful. - Rather than "6am-11am, 11am-3pm, 3pm-10pm" groups for availability, it might be better to have sitters' availability by hour or half hour. - I like the new service radius with minutes. I think it would also be nice to have the option to block off or add service fee for certain parts of the map for tolls, crossing rivers, etc. Thank you!
