I’m reaching out again regarding the AC repair service I requested on January 22nd. Your technician came, worked on the unit, and I paid for the service. However, just a day later, I noticed that something entirely different (which was never an issue before) was damaged. Since then, I have contacted your company multiple times, yet you have refused to send the technician back to fix the problem that your service caused. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Its userfriendly and easy to use, so nice, problem solving oriented. I have so much enjoyed using the App and i love it so so much. Nice one guys.
