"Very disappointing experience. I opened this account because it was advertised as a free account, but later I was charged operating fees even though I never actively used it. The app does not clearly explain these charges, and I had to contact customer support for clarification. Transparency and customer experience need significant improvement."

The app is very slow, I don't know what kind of software they use it always hangs, such an irritating app Fix your app first, i tried everything but still it gets stuck if I have any running trade, get delayed in executing orders, so many negative points. Groww and Zerodha don't hang like this in open positions. Edit : it doesn't give real time data, sometimes it shows the holding page as zero, does not update the value of stocks immediately.

Very disappointing experience with the mStock app. The app crashes frequently, especially during important trading times. Many times when my orders are in profit, the app does not open at all, and I miss the chance to book profits. I have to restart the app multiple times just to access my account, and by then my profits often turn into losses. A trading app should be reliable during critical market moments, but this app is not dependable at all. Please fix the stability and performance issues.
