Ratings and reviews

Trading platforms goes down for hours and one has no control over trading strategies. Now if you trade goes against you, no one to help you. They close their customer service lines so no one can reach them. Pathetic customer care, it has been a month I have requested for an account closure and still they haven't done so. I believe if you trade in shoonya, your demat account balance will become shoonya.

Overall good trading app for beginners. Shoonya truly represent the meaning of zero. App lags some time to show update, but it won't be a problem if you place limit order and SL on the system. Plus bracket order is there. Option chain is a good feature, it would be great if they introduce option selling strategies like Dhan app. For chart do not depend on the app, use trading view on PC.

Shoonya is no longer really a“zero-cost” app because it now charges ₹5 per trade—₹5 for buying and ₹5 for selling. Secondly, its interface is quite difficult to use. If you want to check your P&L, the process is unnecessarily long. There are multiple email IDs and passwords involved, and the passwords have to be changed every 90 days, often requiring strange and complicated passwords. They also rarely provide proper updates to the app. Overall, I would simply say that Shoonya is one of the worst
