Ratings and reviews

Trading platforms goes down for hours and one has no control over trading strategies. Now if you trade goes against you, no one to help you. They close their customer service lines so no one can reach them. Pathetic customer care, it has been a month I have requested for an account closure and still they haven't done so. I believe if you trade in shoonya, your demat account balance will become shoonya.

Overall good trading app for beginners. Shoonya truly represent the meaning of zero. App lags some time to show update, but it won't be a problem if you place limit order and SL on the system. Plus bracket order is there. Option chain is a good feature, it would be great if they introduce option selling strategies like Dhan app. For chart do not depend on the app, use trading view on PC.

Worst trading app experience. It's been more than 10 days since I registered, but I'm still unable to trade. Every time I contact support, they come up with a new issue—first nominee details, then F&O activation, even though I had already completed everything. Unnecessary delays, poor support, and a frustrating account opening process. Very disappointed. Not recommended.
