This app is AWFUL! I literally can't get my pass to activate HALF of the time! IT'S FRUSTRATING AND IRRITATING! When I get an error message, the drivers think I'm trying to pull a "fast one" and don't want to pay when I have a weekly pass on the screen with the error message. Uninstalled and installed I don't know how many times! Oh, and when you purchase passes on the app and get an error message, DON'T REPEAT THE PURCHASE!!! You'll only succeed in DOUBLING your purchase.

The rtc app is decent for the basic necessities of Las Vegas public transport. I prefer buying the pass on ther instead of the tap to go. I came on here to comment that i noticed a change for buying 15-day and 30-day pass. There was a note that the card will be activated right at purchase! That sounds like a money grab to me. I prefered when i can hit activate upon entering. It can save time and money that way. Now i cant buy the cards in my leisure unless i plan on using it right away.

Very convenient when you do not have cash on hand. Only problem I have is the loading of funds onto your account. It should not be restricted to $5 minimum when you have the option to buy a $3 pass. I bought a 2 hr pass a few days ago and had a balance of $2 I was unable to buy a new pass tonight because of the requirement. I only had $4 on my bank card, and only really needed $3. Drivers should be informed of app features as well. All in all great app.
