Ryde lies. The app lied to me twice this week that two different drivers from two different trips are 5-8 mins away and they end up taking 15-20mins getting lost because the app paid for the cheapest gps to come and fetch me. these drivers are nowhere near my pickup location and the app claims drivers have arrived then had the cheek to charge me $5 waiting fee when their drivers had not even arrived! when their drivers get lost and cancel on me, the app charges me cancellation fee. why even!!

I mainly use RydePet and it is getting harder and harder to book nowadays. Have to wait and rebook and only to get my trip cancelled because drivers only accept small dogs! It's listed that the dog must be leashed or crated! never mention anything about the size! mine is just a medium size dog! this is size discrimination!

since 23Dec2025 till now, i am not seeing RydePool as an option in the app. i tried to contact the Help support, the message was submitted but when i go back to the help history it is not showing at all. i have submitted the query twice and still happended the same. is Ryde closing down???
