topped up the Ryde coins and tried to book a ride, only to find out that there is a technical error and it couldn't book one. Tried to force stop the app and clear cache, None worked. tried contacting customer service, but couldn't find a live agent. the FAQ is so hard to navigate, and I tried talking to the chat bot only to find out it is useless as well. At this point I am just switching to other apps. this is one of the apps with the worst user experience

this app is by far the worst of the ride hailing apps. I came in using the Ryde promotion thinking it may be a good deal. instead - constantly showing you a low fee to entice you in, after 5 mins of waiting it will ask you rebook at rates higher than even G***b. - drivers are constantly arriving at the wrong spots because the map GPS is horrendously wrong. - because of above, almost every ride you MUST message driver where to go, or almost guaranteed to be waiting fee. 1 word: AVOID.

I use ryde regularly without any problem. But today they change the booking system. I could not select ryde flash alone. No driver will select ryde flash vs rydex. So it's basically booking rydeX. The ryde flash is just for display. Which is abit frustrating. Please change back to the old format. Unsubscribe their ryde+ and after finishing my ryde coins. Will be deleting app.
