topped up the Ryde coins and tried to book a ride, only to find out that there is a technical error and it couldn't book one. Tried to force stop the app and clear cache, None worked. tried contacting customer service, but couldn't find a live agent. the FAQ is so hard to navigate, and I tried talking to the chat bot only to find out it is useless as well. At this point I am just switching to other apps. this is one of the apps with the worst user experience

So far my rides are still okay and doesnt have the issues mentioned by other comments, thank god. But this apps have way too many notifications. I left my notifications on because I want to receive promo notifications and the occasional free vouchers, but the app sends out notification almost everyday asking you to book a ryde. Pls reduce those useless notifications, especially on weekends. If i need a ride, i will book it. If im at home, spamming me is not gonna make me use it.

I do not think that this is a good service. I booked a ride and selected the correct location. there was only one option. the driver waited for me at Stirling road instead of my selected meiling street on the pretext that "he doesn't know where the location is" and waited 3 minutes so that he can charge me additional $5. this isn't the first time this has happened when I booked a Ryde and I will be uninstalling this service as it is not an honest company.
