Overall pretty good first experience. I made an instant purchase and they bought the item very quick. It was a little hard to navigate the app, so I had to rely on desktop at first. Shipping time was decent too. I was impressed with how they package the item as they didn't waste any space. They are also generous with coupons than most proxies.

Amazing app for importing products from Japan! The interface is well designed, and it's easy to find what you're looking for in the various shops! I personally order K-pop photocards and it's easy to filter out what I'm looking for, using the search function. I highly recommend it to anyone importing stuff from Japan!

I really like the app itself, it has really good searching options and lots of payment options. All my items came in perfect condition and were packaged well. However, shipping was extremely expensive (moreso than other proxies I've used) and there weren't many options to ship things for cheaper. I was also hit with additional fees once my package arrived in my country which has never happened before. Not sure if I'll use Doorzo again but the app itself is good.
