Never had an issue! customer service is fast. the only time there was a delay was completely out of their control. they are able to communicate with the actual seller if something seems late. I don't order a ton of stuff, but a lot of people do "hauls" pretty often. They're who I see post about issues. which honestly seems to be inevitable the more you use a service. shipping is very very low compared to some other services so im happy with that.

Incredibly easy to use app! I love the convenience of being able to search multiple proxy sites at once and the free coupons and rewards for checking in every day and completing tasks make it well worth it. being able to keep orders in the warehouse for up to 60 days for free and consolidate orders to save on shipping is also incredibly useful. I can't recommend the app enough if you plan on buying from Japanese sellers.

Snappy, easy to navigate UI, coupons are nice to save on domestic shipping, my order came quickly, safely, and well packaged. App runs smoothly and with little issues, cart system is nice in comparison to a buy request so I can wait on items if I want to. First order went super well, will definitely use again!
