Ratings and reviews

Does a decent job at buying stuff from Japan, just don't use Doorzo for anything you consider time-sensitive that need a prompt response, like buying item quickly before it get snatched up and etc. They will let you down. Edit: No control my behind, I applied to purchase the rare item for hours. They waited until the item is gone before sending me a refund, TWICE. Seriously just pick some other service if you need a speedier service that can buy rare items for you.

I really like the app itself, it has really good searching options and lots of payment options. All my items came in perfect condition and were packaged well. However, shipping was extremely expensive (moreso than other proxies I've used) and there weren't many options to ship things for cheaper. I was also hit with additional fees once my package arrived in my country which has never happened before. Not sure if I'll use Doorzo again but the app itself is good.

This busy app works pretty well for someone used to western apps that have a lot less going on. features work like theyre supposed to. i dont strongly prefer shopping on the desktop vs on the phone app. the only thing I have encountered that bothers me a bit is that when you're doing a search, there is no menu visible from that screen; you have to click on an item and then it shows you the menu at the bottom, i.e. if you want to return home you have to click on a listing first.
