I’ve been trying to complete my verification process, but the app keeps giving a "Biometric Verification Failed" error . Even worse, the customer support team has been highly unhelpful. They do not reply properly, give generic automated responses, and completely failed to resolve my problem. Very disappointing service. Please fix your app's biometric system and train your support team to actually help users!

This app is a complete nightmare. I used SadaPay for a year, but my account was suddenly closed for a ridiculous reason. I froze my debit card after every use for security, but when I forgot to unfreeze it for a Shopify subscription, the payment failed. After a few unsuccessful attempts, they just blocked and closed my entire account. Luckily, I saw the Shopify email about the failed payments, so I could switch to a different bank. It's insane that they would shut down an account.

If you are looking for an app for quick and small money transfers on a daily or weekly basis, or you need to pay for a subscription, then this works effectively. It is simple and clean. I only transfer and keep money in it when I am about to make a transaction, and that's the safest way to go about it. Per my experience, support is okay and matters have been resolved. This is for paying online shopping and such, when you don't want to risk giving them access to larger sum and account details.
