Need to be able to access account from multiple electronic devices!! This should have been anticipated. Update: Am being told that access on only one device is a security feature!!!!! Many of us have multiple devices. I access all my other bank accounts on multiple devices.

Hmmm..So I decided to open my account. Downloaded the app followed the prompts and when I tried to upload a bill as proof of address the app decided to malfunction and took me back to the very beginning. Where it says"become a member". Not happy one bit.

My experience with the online banking is very poor. There should be an online platform for customers to log in, create and account and password to then be able to view their monies. How do Sagicor expect person to just deposit and cannot view the account(s).
