The new app doesn't work (at least on Huawei mobile (pura 70 model)).It was working but unable to login now.. It asks for an OTP to login - by the time the OTP comes, that page vanishes and it auto returns to login page - Endless loop.I deleted and reinstalled the new app but no luck. Unable to operate the account - when I try from computer it says you are on view mode for 48 hours and remain on view mode since last 30 days. Don't know what to do.Called the helpline.No resolution. Pls chk.

The bank? Khara. The app? Khara on a multiple level. I have had experienced so much problems because of this app and this bank's ridiculous so called "Flexx" system that has nothing to flex about. The app does not display the actual the amount of money present and sometimes I could not make transfers due to the app not acknowledging the amount of money present.

why strip it and make the app like all other banks ? you had great credit /debit monthly expense charts that were great on the main page when you log in ... now it's just list and numbers and can't really track your expense. it's a cool feature bring it back from the old app
