This app has a lot of glitches and a very archaic format (basic filters and search capabilities), which is why I deleted it. The company as a whole seems to pay no attention to the Off5th sector. If you order on the app, sometimes you won't get the correct item, and it doesn't really offer a way to actually exchange when it was their fault, only return. As said, basic features. And the app is super sluggish, and times out repeatedly.

The Saks OFF 5TH app is easy to navigate. No complaints. I would, however, rather the "sort" feature work tighter, if you will. For example, when I sort by price, high-to-low, the results are mixed with lower and sale item results. Nevertheless, it's a great app and makes my shopping a breeze. The combination of this app and my Saks World Elite MasterCard makes my online shopping experience a pleasure. And with free, nearly next day shipping, I could not ask for more!

I have to agree with others regarding the speed of this app. SLOW. Also, I have encountered more than once where when adding items to my order that are on sale and % off, the regular price shows up after a few minutes and completely delays check out for me. Can't check out when the prices are wrong. I have had so much trouble with this that I give up on purchasing and have literally lost reward points because I can't get the prices to change back to the sale price. Love Saks,don't like the app.
