SalaryMate is a Personal Attendance , salary calculation, attendance tracking, overtime and expense management utility designed for employees, freelancers and working professionals.

LOCAL-FIRST DATA

SalaryMate processes and stores salary, attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances and expense records locally on your device. These records are not automatically uploaded to our servers.

You can manually export supported information as JSON, CSV or PDF files. Exported files can be stored, transferred or shared using your device's file system and sharing features.

ANALYTICS AND CRASH DIAGNOSTICS

SalaryMate uses Google Firebase Analytics for app usage analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for crash and diagnostic information.

The app is configured not to intentionally include salary amounts, employee names, company names, attendance records, expense descriptions or other financial record contents in Analytics events or Crashlytics diagnostic data.

IMPORTANT

SalaryMate calculations are based on information and configurations entered by the user. Salary, deductions, overtime, PF, ESIC and other calculated amounts are estimates or user-configured calculations and may differ from actual employer payroll calculations or applicable requirements.

Actual amounts may depend on employer policies, attendance rules, contribution requirements, payroll practices and the accuracy of information entered by the user.

SalaryMate is a personal calculation and record-keeping utility. It is not an employer payroll system, banking service, payment service, financial institution, tax filing service or government service.
