Ratings and reviews

This thing was always delayed with telling me an update by a couple days. 99% of the time, any notification I got from this app was to take some quiz or some news bulletin. Was never useful to me at all, only to get my hopes up with useless notifications. I ended up just relying on my email or checking the government website. Ads weren't in the way of me checking it there either.

I only have keep track of USCIS cases every two years and I used this apps for years prior, but when I went to use it this time around it's infested with ads now just about every click triggers multiple ads. I saw there way a paid option to remove ads which I'd hapilly pay but it's a subscription? $2 a month on something I used once ever two years for a short period of time. It should be a one time license not another subscription. Edit:They raised their prices now $6.99 or $10.99 for "Pro".

I downloaded this app to hopefully keep track of my case timelines. Immediately, I was hit with around 10 fullscreen ads before I even finished setting up the app and adding the cases. Every time you click to move to a different page, you get an ad. This app could potentially be useful if it allowed fast status updates, but instead with most features it just opens a link to the USCIS website and throws an ad in your face.
