this used to be a good app, now it is plagued with ads. You can't touch the screen without being sent to download some stupid game or something else. You can't even enter the app without looking at 10 different ads. by the time you get to look at your case, you've seen 27 ads, and you've had to close the app twice because the ads are so infuriating. stay far away from this app, boy caught this app. it was way better when there was no ads. shouldn't even be ads on this app.

I haven't used the paid version, but the free version is not good. The status won't change for days, sometimes even weeks. I got my case completely resolved, and yet this app still shows updates from the previous month. At first, the updates synced within an acceptable timeframe, but slowly it started to deteriorate

UPDATE: I decided to subscribe and I was loving everything for a while, but upon receiving our Case ID and Application confirmation number, I decided to add it to the Case Tracker, but I keep getting Server Not Responding. PLEASE HELP! There are a bit of ads for free users, but it's easy enough to use if you just want to track your NOAs for your case.
