It's a good app to have all your applications in one place.It helps to not have to put your credentials and go through 2FA every time you want to check the status, especially if you have mutliple accounts. The 3/5 score is because it appears to not update in real time, or even within a reasonable time-frame. One of my cases closed 12 days ago, the app still shows the previous status despite refreshing it. It also took 6 days to update when that previous status was reached.Just keep that in mind

It's way better and easier way to keep track of history of your case. update changing from 5star to 2stars In the past 2 years this app had gone from great to subpar. there are so many ads and its practically unusable until you pay for service. i completely understand that ads are inevitable in the free version, but its at a point that for every click you make , you have to go through an ad. it's time to look for alternatives

I haven't used the paid version, but the free version is not good. The status won't change for days, sometimes even weeks. I got my case completely resolved, and yet this app still shows updates from the previous month. At first, the updates synced within an acceptable timeframe, but slowly it started to deteriorate
