after I received my S26, did the whole transfer data from S24. now for some apparent reason it's taken over 2-3 weeks to update the new software for my buds 3 pro (it downloaded, but won't install) I try getting in to settings and can't its not giving me the options (the app will not pop up, you gotta go to settings, apps, galaxy buds 3 pro) to configure on my buds as I was able to on the S24, ((I figured it out go to smart things and click on your buds follow directions and walla it works))

what a useless and annoying way this ear buds function is.., can't connect or be viewed on App, from English my 3pro switch by itself to Chinese language voice control and I can't access the app to change it.., good sound but not responding correctly on its control of volume and track change.. App can't see app can't connect automatically without you pressing and holding.. sorry to say Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro was a failure

2026 these are still the worst earbuds and I regret buying them. The app kept bothering me to update. I tried. the update kept failing. I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. now one side will randomly refuse to play audio through my phone. the speakers are fine, they work when connected to my laptop no problem. This is so annoying. turning bluetooth on and off, putting them in the case repeatedly, nothing will make this stop. now they keep connecting and disconnecting over and over.
