Sadly very unpolished and filled with glitches. Even trying to login and do a two step verification glitches out. I can't even seem find the items I added to favorites even though a little message pops up saying I did. It just seems like a rush job, even the loading screens are static and slow (it feels lazy). A little disappointing from Samsung. If you don't have a discount code or Samsung reward points, just go to a store to buy your Samsung products.

The app freezes all the time - and I running it on a Galaxy S24. It also sends notifications of offers that when you click on it, it takes you to the app and not only it does not take you automatically to the offer but the advertised offer is nowhere to be found. Samsung needs to invest some of its profits in getting better QA engineers for its apps

Worse e-commerce app already made. From configure your account till all bugs trying to checkout you'll find all sort of errors.
