Loses connection 131 times a day with my Fit3 despite my phone being less than a metre away from the tracker. Been unable to find a solution anywhere. Maybe this will get a response because I've been going round and round in circles trying to fix it. Done all the usual stuff, off and on, firmware update, phone updates etc. I don't want to have to hit reconnect several times a day because it won't automatically connect if I don't.

I can't speak for the App, as I don't seem to be able to use it. But the general system that this app is a part of, isn't worth buying. I bought a new Galaxy Fit3, synchronised it, etc, and the following morning noticed nothing synchronises anymore. App said to reinstall and reset everything. So I lost a weeks worth of data. The watch/thing seems to work fine, but (I guess it's) the app, is a total failure beyond the first day. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps and nothing works

The fit3 worked ok-ish for 2 months, mostly connecting, and fine. Then it stopped working and the band can't connect to anything. Nothing, I thought it was the band, but reading these reviews I'm wondering if it is the app. Reset not possible since band isn't discoverable by Bluetooth on any android phone.
