It used to be good but now it's useless. Fewer and irrelevant offers, points earned don't make up for the price gouging in their stores, and god forbid points aren't awarded (which happens a lot) they make it a struggle to correct this. Note to any potential user, be sure to keep a screenshot of any points offer. They apparently don't keep record of your offers so you'll need it when they don't award the points they offered and you have to launch a points dispute.

Someone accessed my account and despite changing my password and using 2 step verification it never forced a log off of all current browsers. Therefore someone used my account until they drained the entire 210,000 points I had. Called the call center and they "locked the accont and required a password change" but it still didn't force a log off. HUGE design flaw! When a password is changed nothing should stay logged in unless the new password is used.

Last week, I tried to use my app to scan my card but, before I could, my app shutdown and I couldn't log back in. When I got home, I got back in and everything is wiped out. The app is saying Iogged in from a new device, all my points are gone and my offers won't load. It is just a continual, we're sorry we are working it message. I looked in the app to try and report this but, there isn't an option to report app issues. There is no other type of contact offered. There are more issues.
