Madinah Bus - ticket for city transport in a smartphone for Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

The Madinah Bus mobile application is part of the Madinah Transport. The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for public transport and present it for control by the controller or using a special device installed in the vehicle.

To use the application, the user must:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

As the number of participating cities increases, the mobile application is updated and new features are added.

Absolute L of an app. I am currently in Saudi Arabia and wanting to go on these buses so I used this app and it told me to create a travelcard (no issue here). But when I try to top-up, it says my card has been blacklisted and every single payment card I have had been blacklisted. It also turns out Madinah Bus app is the only way to pay as you cannot tap in using your bank card. This MUST be fixed. Massive letdown for me 🙄

After providing mobile number the app keeps throwing Network Error. Internet is working perfectly fine otherwise. I've tried both WiFi and Data connections. Please restart card system. Card system was smooth. We go Haram daily and we see almost everyone complaining about app.

the app doesn't send verification system to the provided phone numbers. It's unusable without activating the account. Further more being the only way to buy a ticket in a bus where there's no WiFi makes it unconvenient for people with data plans.
