I am unable to book lounge access on the app and sometimes it won't even allow me to book a ticket, but when I go to the station, there are tickets available. The old system was much easier to operate.

What a Junk App it's so Trashhh because it shows me this message that I enabled some special settings even though I didn't enable any of them, the message says the following: Security Violation Detected! SAR North East cannot be accessed on this device due to the following security violations: - Developer Mode Enabled. - Debugger Detected.

Lol not an app, maybe an incomplete draft or broken mess; no options to pick departure starion, and clicking on arabic or english for the app changes nothing except the location if the language button, vut everything is the same labguage. Probably releasing this app was a mistake, definitly novody even looked at it before they released it.
